About Us
For over 20 years we’ve worked with lawyers to help them achieve their full potential . . . as business developers, as marketers, as leaders of practice groups and teams, as leaders of their law firms.
For most of them, the skills required to excel in these areas are not ones they learned in law school – none of them went to law school to learn how to be a salesperson, or how to be a leader of a mid-sized company with hundreds (possibly, thousands) of employees.
That’s where our support makes the critical difference – helping these lawyer-leaders acquire the skills they need, put those skills into practice, learn from their mistakes and optimize the results.
Speaking of results, we like to measure our impact – both quantitatively and qualitatively – “if we don’t measure it, we can’t manage it.”
We are considered to be the most adept in the industry at helping clients go beyond skill building to integrate the fundamental attitudinal and behavioral changes so vital to achieve, and even exceed, personal, professional and firm wide goals.
We would love to speak with you about your needs to optimize your effectiveness in the hyper-competitive legal marketplace.
